Jack Smith develops and oversees projects across the nation. He co-founded Southeastern Reprographics, Inc., now part of Davey, to provide mapping and field inventory services to the electric, gas, and water utility industries. A graduate of Paul Smith’s College in New York, Jack began his more than 30-year career in the utility mapping industry as a field inventory technician.
