Cecil Equestrian Center and Recreation Complex

The Cecil Equestrian Center and Recreation Complex in Jacksonville, Florida is truly an amazing facility. It features an indoor arena with seating for 4,000 people, outdoor arena with a performance ring, two lighted outdoor practice rings, two barns each housing 150 stalls and areas for trailer and spectator parking, as well as a community center, Olympic-sized pool, and four softball fields.

Davey's large tree moving team helped provide the center with instant shade and character, moving more than 650 trees, most grown in Davey's Jacksonville nursery.

Davey didn't stop there, however. Davey's experts also managed the construction of softball fields, installation of several different types of turf and shrubs, and installation and maintenance of the facilities state-of-the-art irrigation system.

When completed, the facility will be one of Jacksonville's crown jewels, and a project that both Davey and it's customer can take great pride in.
