Before Garth Rinard was offered a job with Davey, he knew a position with the company would be perfect for him. Since joining Davey in 2003, it has been.

Rinard, currently the Commercial Grounds Management branch manager in Celebration, Fla., says he was "blown away by the 'employee-first' attitude" and opportunities for career advancement he discovered when he interviewed for his first Davey job. He previously had nearly 20 years of experience working mostly with small and mid-sized landscape contractors. He says he was impressed with Davey’s Tampa operation and the depth of resources throughout the company.

"I knew, if given the opportunity, this was the company I wanted to join," he says. "Fortunately, I was offered that opportunity."

Rinard says he loves his job and believes Davey rewards hard work, dedication and commitment with success.
