Aren Dottenwhy may be on the road a lot for her job, but her family is always close by. “Among the many, one thing that stands out most about Davey is family,” she says. “From executive officer to brush dragger, spray tech, and data collector, everyone is well cared for. When travel gets the best of you, it’s nice to know you work with people who care.”

Based in Indiana, she often travels to support projects throughout Canada and the United States, including Hawaii. One such project was in Lakeland, Fla., where Davey Resource Group conducted an inventory of nearly 80,000 trees and plantings along streets, in parks and on lake shores and city properties.

Aren joined DRG in 2005 after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in natural resource management from Purdue University. She says she has enjoyed the challenges and support she has received since starting her professional career with Davey.
