Adam Passo feels it is important to work with people you trust, so he’s grateful Davey is thorough with its hiring practices and emphasis on safety and training.
"Among all the reasons, it’s crucial from a safety aspect," Passo says. "I was on a job where we helped save someone from making a bad cut. It could have led to a bad injury, but we knew enough and trusted each other to prevent a careless mistake."
An avid curler and tennis player of 19 years, Passo is a tree surgery foreman in Milwaukee. He joined Davey in 2005 as a tree trimmer and has since enjoyed learning new techniques and meeting fellow employees from across the country.
