Bob Hoover manages utility contracts and projects in the Northeastern United States. He previously was a senior transmission forester for the Exelon PECO account. Bob has more than 30 years experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in forestry and wildlife from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Va.
