Robert Phillips conducts quality inspections of tree contractor work, identifies hazard trees and gains permission for removal, and handles customer issues for the PECO Energy project in Philadelphia. He is an International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist with more than 20 years of experience. He previously served as head arborist at Princeton University.
