Keith Cottle oversees startup, staffing, production management, invoice coordination and customer support for joint use, streetlight, stray voltage, pole inspection and National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) audit projects. Keith previously was a line clearance manager on transmission right-of-ways for Davey Tree, which he joined in 1993. He transferred to DRG in 2002.
