Celebration Community Development District

The Celebration Community Development District is a 12,000 resident planned community characterized by pre-1940s architecture and aesthetic magnificence. Davey's award winning management of the site consists of complete landscape and turf management, including replacements, improvements, and enhancements.

Cleanup from 2004 hurricanes Charley, Frances and Jeanne added to the challenge facing the Davey crews. Initial, around the clock, clean up efforts included removal of trees and debris in order to safely return the community to daily routines. Post-hurricane work included providing support stakes for thousands of palms compromised by the storms.

At the end of the day, Davey crews take pride in helping Celebration become the crown jewel of the Orlando area.
