Jim Kozak is an IT Support Specialist for Davey Resource Group's Information Technology department. His primary role is to support our TreeKeeper 7 product, from initial implementation to end-user support. He also supports our data collection staff in the troubleshooting hardware problems, the data collection software (written in ArcPad) and our quality control software, Tree Collector Interface (written in Access 97).
