David Terry is a GPS project developer based in Missouri. His projects have included a field inventory of electric facilities for Southwest Electric Cooperative in Bolivar, Mo., and a field inventory for Coosa Valley Electric in Talladega, Ala. He has a degree in computer information systems from Edison College in Florida. He has worked in the industry for more than seven years.
