Global Positioning Systems (GPS):
Davey GIS Services fields a fleet of ruggedized Trimble Pro XH and Pro XRS GPS units capable of sub-foot/sub-meter accuracy as well as trained data collectors to use them for everything from wetland delineations to tree inventories.

Pen Tablet Computers:
These are full fledged Pentium computers running the Windows operating system. Accessories include docking stations and keyboards for office use. As with PocketPC handhelds, Davey retains the skills to develop a custom inventory program for your needs.

Pocket PC’s:
We also offer standard and ruggedized PocketPC handhelds for map-based field data collection. Our specialists can set up the hardware you need as well as a custom ESRI ArcPad or Trimble Terrasync inventory program with your basemaps.
