Scott Carlin is market manager and project developer focusing on asset management work throughout the Midwest. He is responsible for sales and marketing for joint-use projects and audits, NESC inspections, street light audits and other asset management efforts. His clients include Heartland Rural Electric Cooperative in Kansas, American Electric Power, and Dayton Power & Light. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Toledo.
