Davey can help assess your community's current environmental condition through a weighted aggregation analysis useful for planning, zoning, and development. We obtain, process, and combine all available GIS data from County, State, and Federal levels. When additional data are needed, we can create them via field inventories or air photo interpretation in the office.

A typical analysis involves:

Soils (Hydric & Non-hydric)
Slopes (0-12, 12-18, 18+)
Floodplains (FEMA)
Impervious Areas (USGS or field/ office inventory)
Canopy Cover (USGS or field/ office inventory)
Wetlands (NWI or field/office inventory)
Hydrology (Riparian Buffers)
Watersheds (EPA or software modeling)
