Doublewood Management
Davey Resource Group has extensive project management
experience, which has equipped us with an understanding of the
details and resources required to be effective on every job.
- Plant Transfers: Our crews will adhere to all
facility owners' construction practices. Prior to conducting field
work we will meet with all companies involved to review
construction practices and ensure proper methodology will be
used.
- NESC Violations will be brought to the
attention of the pole owner and/or licensee for further direction.
Pictures and detailed information will be provided.
- Debris Removal: Upon completion, all double
wood locations will be free of removal debris, and adequate
backfill material will be in place.
- OSHA Safety Practices will be followed at all
removal/transfer sites. The safety of our crews and an
accident-free work place reduce costs and ensures down time remain
at a minimum for production efficiency.
- DOT Safety Regulations are applied at every
necessary location.
- Service Reliability: At any location where the
transfer of facilities may cause a service reliability issue or
outage, our crew foreman will contact the facility owner.
- Blocked Devices: If inaccessibility becomes
apparent due to a pending transfer and/or new pole location, our
crew foreman will contact the owner for assistance.
- Risers Needing Transferred: Laterals will
maintain at least the same level of soil coverage/depth for the
continued protection of the facilities.
- Pole Disposal: We will dispose of all double
wood per owner's specifications and/or government requirements. DRG
will assist in acquiring an EPA disposal facility, if
required.
- Work Completed Proposal: Upon field
completion, DRG can produce a completed proposal and NJUNS, SPANS
or other electronically generated proposal format for all licensees
involved on the pole.
