Brad McBride is an urban forester with Davey Resource Group. Mr.
McBride conducts computerized tree inventory projects for
municipalities, parks, and golf courses. He has experience with
GIS-based pen tablet computers and handheld PDA data collection
units, as well as GPS technology. He has assisted on the public
tree inventory for the City of Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr.
McBride conducted undergraduate research at The Wilds in
southeastern Ohio comparing woody plant species composition and
Importance Values between disturbed and remnant forest patches on a
reclaimed strip mine. Mr. McBride started working for The Davey
Tree Expert Company during the summer of 2005 as a tree care and
lawn care crew member. Mr. McBride is a 2007 graduate of Muskingum
College and he holds a bachelor of science degree in biology.
