Kent, Ohio – Davey Resource Group, a division of The Davey Tree Expert Co., has announced the promotion of Ray Hannebique to regional vice president, contract services.
Hannebique, in this new role, will oversee all aspects of Davey’s utility forestry consulting as delivered through Davey Resource Group’s contract services business unit. Hannebique started with Davey in 2001 as a project manager with considerable experience in the consulting utility vegetation management industry. He was promoted to regional operations manager in 2007.
Hannebique has a bachelor’s degree in forestry from Southeastern Illinois College and is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Marines. He also served on the Davey President’s Council from 2011 to 2014 and received an Outstanding Manager Award at the Davey 2013 National Manager’s Meeting. Members of the President’s Council serve for three years on various committees, which brainstorm and research new ideas related to the company’s operations and present them to the council for review and consideration by management for implementation.
