Kent, Ohio – The Davey Tree Expert Company is proud to announce the promotion of Ken Cloutier to regional plant health care manager, residential/commercial services (R/C) eastern region.
Cloutier joined the company in 1998 with five years of previous industry experience. He started as a plant health care technician in Davey’s North Detroit R/C office. In 2003, he was promoted to sales arborist and then again in 2010 to assistant district manager. Most recently, Cloutier was the district manager of the East Cleveland R/C office.
“Ken has a history of success and experience in plant health care services,” said Jim Houston, vice president and general manager of eastern operations. “This, paired with his passion and dedication to delivering outstanding client service, will serve him well in this new role.”
Cloutier holds a bachelor’s degree in forestry from Michigan State University. He is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist ® and graduate of the Davey Institute of Tree Sciences, the company’s flagship training program.
