    Davey co-developed this tool with Casey Trees. It calculates the annual carbon, air quality, stormwater, energy and property value benefits of trees. In doing so, anyone can make a simple estimation of the financial benefits individual street-side trees provide.

Chicago Gateway Green

Chicago Gateway Green is a nonprofit organization dedicated to greening and beautifying Chicago’s expressways, gateways and neighborhoods. Its programs improve Chicago communities by transforming city roadways into landscaped parkways, beautifying gateways through public and international art installations on expressways, and planting trees to transform vacant land into tree-filled green spaces.

    The MillionTrees Training Program is a collaborative initiative between the City of New York Department of Parks and Recreation and The New York Restoration Project. Supplemental chainsaw and climbing training is provided by industry professionals for the program participants.

Treetures Environmental Education Program

Treetures Environmental Education Program introduces children ages 3-9 to the Treetures characters who have individual messages that focus on the function, benefits and importance of trees. It’s a quality, hands-on educational program for elementary schools and community environmental educators. Children are encouraged to find his/her own “Green Heart” and learn how personal actions and decisions can influence the environment.
